Venice Golf Residence
The Residence is located in the southern area of the Lido of Venice in the locality Alberoni, between the sea, the Pellestrina port inlet and the lagoon, in a site of great environmental interest. Structure matters over 30 apartments, with solutions capable of hosting up to 8 people.
Beaches and Sea
The wide beach, with fine golden sand, is far away just five minutes from the residence and is surrounded by the Alberoni pine forest.
The shallow seabed is suitable for enjoying the sea with children. On this stretch of coast, Thomas Mann set "Death in Venice", from which director Luchino Visconti based the film of the same name.
Sport and Health
Health and well-being don't go on holiday. At the Lido there are many opportunities indicated for body care and physical fitness, without forgetting the fun.
An activity to try is the golf thanks to the special agreement with the nearby club, among the oldest in Italy, which has a 18 hole course.
Food & Drink
Going on holiday also means treating yourself to a lunch, an aperitif or a dinner in a characteristic place.
They can be found at the Lido of Venice bacari, cicchetterie, pizzerias, trattorias and restaurants where you can taste typical dishes and appetizers, based on freshly caught fish or meat, and taste the best wines, aperitifs and cocktails in good company.
Relax and Nature
The Venice Golf Residence is located in one of the greenest areas of the Lido. The real protagonist is theWWF Oasis Dune degli Alberoni, which extends for approximately 160 hectares, where various species of birds nest.
The beach, not frequented by mass tourism, allows you to fully enjoy the sun, take regenerating swims and long walks.
