malamocco

Once the seat of the ancient port and the Municipality, today it is a picturesque Venetian village characterized by low and colorful houses. A few kilometers from the center is the current port of the island, known as "Bocca di Porto", which represents the main access to the Venice lagoon. The seabed preserves the remains of Romanesque villas, an archaeological heritage that tells the story of the Lagoon.
